Mallinckrodt, Jr. Foundation Grant Program 2019

The Edward Mallinckrodt, Jr. Foundation is a private foundation that funds basic biomedical research throughout the United States. The Foundation supports early-stage investigators engaged in biomedical research that has the potential to significantly advance the understanding, diagnosis, or treatment of disease.

Invited institutions, such as CHOP, may submit one proposal. Applicants should be in the first to fourth year of their tenure-track faculty position and not have current R01 funding. Grants are usually $60,000 per year for a period of up to three years with funding commencing on October 1. Indirect costs are not allowed. Salary is acceptable.
